Sexting: Was Microsoft Caught Sexting?
Last week, public outrage exploded over an advertisement for Microsoft’s new KIN cell phone line which seemed to encourage the act of sexting. The new line of phones is geared towards teenagers.
The advertisement featured a teen male placing his cell phone under his shirt, snapping a photograph of his bare chest, and then sending it to a female friend.
Microsoft has since pulled the ad, stating it “did not come across in the spirit with which it was intended.” The original advertisement, however, is still available on YouTube.
