SafetyWeb at Rachel’s Challenge Summit

This week, SafetyWeb is a proud sponsor of Rachel’s Challenge Summit, being held from June 23-26 at the Denver Marriott Tech Center in Denver, Colorado.  Rachel Joy Scott was the first student to be killed during the Columbine High School tragedy in 1999.  Following the event, her mourning family discovered several of Rachel’s journals in which she described her plans to change the world.  Inspired by Rachel’s words, her family began Rachel’s Challenge, a powerful and life-changing school assembly program designed to challenge attendees to make positive decisions and changes in their lives.

Rachel’s Challenge Summit invites teachers, administrators, counselors, and business leaders to learn all about creating positive culture and change in their school, business and community by “starting a chain reaction of kindness and compassion.”
